TABLE NINE BLOGGERS

Blog, Blogs, Bloggers or Blogger or whatever you call it, it's fun once you give a try.

We know you have listened to CNN and wanted to ask the local politico being interviewed the type of questions CNN or any other news outlet is to chicken to ask. We know you would keep asking the questions until you got something out of them. Well now is your chance, blog it here and send a copy to your local politico. Don't expect a real answer but keep on trying anyway.

Table nine is the first table you see as you enter the main dinning room at Fisherman’s Wharf. Since this site is mostly about Fisherman’s Wharf I thought that would be a good enough name. Hopefully someday we can have a blogging get together at Table nine. Drinking a cold beer or robust wine with a lively discussion is one way to have a good night out. In the meantime you are invited to join in and toss out a few blogs every now and then.  Some of your blogs may be political so why not copy your blog (Crtl-C then Crtl-V to paste) and forward it to your local or state politico. Why not, every one else is sending out emails to these people. Listed below are our two senators and the representatives who represents Fort Pierce and areas around Fort Pierce. With the exception of Dave Weldon who doesn't have a direct email link to a form (has a general link to all reps) the link below each person's name and address will take you to a fill out form and a comment section which you can paste your blog and forward it. A doubt if these people look at more than a tiny fraction of your emails.  What probably happens is that a very junior staff member logs your email into a data base where each politico will get a specific idea how many voters support whatever. This only becomes important if an election is coming up. Next year with the presidential and senate elections your emails will be deeply analyzed because people who take the time to send an email are usually committed to whatever position they take and have a hard time forgiving politicos who talk one way and vote another way. (If you haven't noticed this is a constant in political life, you probably wouldn't want to take the time to write a blog anyway.)

* Table Nine Bloggers exists on a separate site and the opinions expressed are not the opinions of 22 Fisherman's Wharf. The site is a high tech version of several people sitting around a table expressing a wide range of opinions. The only difference is blogs that are offensive to Fisherman's Wharf or the average person will not get published.  If you are an email newsletter subscriber please send me an email and I will set you up to blog.  If you're not a subscriber please use the "Comments" section to get in touch with me.
